What we collect

The quote form asks for your name, email, phone number, postcode and a message about the kitchen. That information is sent so we can reply with a quote. Review notes are the name and the comment you choose to publish.

Why we use it

We use the details to answer the enquiry, plan access, and keep a record of the booking. We do not sell the list. WhatsApp messages stay in that chat.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records are kept long enough to quote, do the work, and handle a follow-up question. You can ask us to delete a review note by emailing contact@commercialkitchencleaning.org.uk.
