Production kitchens
Walls behind ranges and the gangways that take trolleys all service.
Floor and wall cleaning covers quarry tile, safety vinyl, resin and splashbacks in a UK food room. Book it when the mop line shows and the wall behind the cookline has a skin of soil. Tell us the floor type and when the room can be empty, on the form or WhatsApp.
Floor and wall cleaning in a commercial kitchen covers quarry tile, safety vinyl, resin and tiled splashbacks that take grease, flour and detergent film. It is for UK food rooms when the mop line is visible and the wall behind the cookline is tacky. Enquire on the quote form or WhatsApp with the floor type and whether equipment can be pulled out.
Dark grout, a sticky skirting, splash marks that have become a skin, and a floor that looks clean when wet and grey when dry are the usual complaints. They are soil held in the surface, not a lighting problem.
Who it is for
Walls behind ranges and the gangways that take trolleys all service.
Wet walls and floors that grow a detergent and food film even when the cookline is decent.
Café and counter floors that are not a full cookline but still need a grease-safe wash.

How it works
Isolate the area, lift the soil, rinse food-contact surfaces, then write down what was reached.
1Gas and power go off where we ask. We look at carbon, grease thickness and anything that cannot be reached, and we agree that list before chemical goes on.
2Grease and carbon are lifted, worked, and rinsed off the food-contact surfaces on the quote. Water does not run while food is still on the same bench.
3We write what was cleaned and what is left for an engineer. The kitchen plates again only when those surfaces are dry.
After the visit
A restored floor shows new soil quickly, which is useful: staff can see the daily clean failing. The surface itself does not need a weekly contractor if the close is real.
The nightly mop is yours. A contractor is justified when grout is packed, the wall film does not move, or equipment has to come out to reach the soil.
We do not lay floors, tank wet rooms, or clean exterior paving. If the only issue is a cold-room floor, use the cold-room page so the method matches a chilled space.

The price follows the floor area, the floor type, and how much equipment must move. A clear storeroom floor is simpler than a cookline where the range stays in place.
Clear the floor of portable kit. Tell us if a vinyl seam is already split. We need the room empty of food prep for the dry time.
Keep the floor dry before it reopens. Use the site’s daily mop with a degreaser at the fryer, not a bucket that has gone grey. Wet floors stay a slip risk until they are actually dry.

FAQ
Straight answers for this service.
Yes. The pad and chemical are chosen so grit in a safety floor is cleaned, not polished away. A shine is not the aim in a kitchen.
Up to a safe working height, including the splash zone. High cladding that needs a tower is quoted only if access is safe and the soil is actually there.
We clean up to the fixed line and record the gap. A quote that pretends a bolted range was pulled out is not a useful record.
When it is dry. That depends on airflow and how wet the wash was. We say so before we leave, and the kitchen should not plate food on a wet floor.
Grout that is stained in the body can stay darker after the grease is gone. Grease that is still sitting on top is not finished. We distinguish the two.
