Terms of a kitchen quote

The quote is the scope

A visit covers the appliances, rooms and extract sections named in the quote. Work discovered on the day that was not visible is priced before it is added. We do not repair gas, electrics, refrigeration or the building fabric.

Access and timing

You provide a way in, a kitchen that is clear of food, and equipment that is cool. If service is still running, the start time moves. Overnight finishes depend on the hours agreed.

Certificates

A record describes the work done on that date. It is not a food hygiene rating and it does not cover ductwork we could not reach.
